Starting Therapy

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to have questions. Here are some common things people ask when getting started.

Video links will be sent 30 minutes before the appointment. Phone calls will show as No Caller ID.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want a space to reflect and grow. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to begin.

  • This depends on your needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions, while others prefer biweekly. We’ll decide together what feels most supportive for you.

  • Yes, your privacy is very important. Everything shared in sessions is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that will be explained at the start.
