About Sigh Psychotherapy
Let’s Create a Space Where You Feel Seen, Supported, and Able to Grow
Grounded in Care, Supporting You Toward Lasting Healing and Growth
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’ve had to navigate life’s challenges on your own. My work is rooted in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported - without judgment.
Using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, I integrate evidence-based therapies to help you explore your experiences, build emotional awareness, and develop tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Jessica Jonaidi. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a particular focus on BIPOC and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, recognizing that your experiences, identity, and story matter deeply in the therapeutic process.
I draw from a range of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, mindfulness, and creative interventions. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all - together, we tailor the process to what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore your experiences, build insight, and move toward lasting change at your own pace.
